This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-regarded international law firm in a genuinely varied role supporting the Sydney office. Working closely with the Office Manager, partners and wider team, you'll become an integral part of the business and gain exposure across legal administration, office operations and events.

  • 12 + month fixed term contract with strong potential to become permanent;

  • Genuinely varied role where no two days are the same;

  • Broad exposure across legal administration, operations and office coordination;

  • $80,000 - $90,000 + Super; and

  • Opportunity to develop your skills and shape the role.

****What Is The Role?
**
**You will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Sydney office, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

  • Supporting the Office Manager, partners and fee earners with administrative tasks;

  • Coordinating travel and accommodation;

  • Managing diaries and meeting coordination;

  • Preparing engagement letters and opening new matters;

  • Processing expense claims and assisting with end-of-month billing;

  • Assisting with office events, facilities coordination and supplier relationships;

  • Managing incoming calls, mail, couriers and office deliveries;

  • Ordering office, stationery and kitchen supplies;

  • Supporting office projects; and

  • Providing general administrative and ad hoc support as required.

****What Are We Looking For?


  • Minimum 3 years' administration experience within a professional services environment;

  • Legal experience is advantageous but not essential;

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines;

  • Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy;

  • Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems;

  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Proactive, adaptable and willing to take initiative; and

  • A positive, team-focused approach with a genuine willingness to help others.
