Are you an experienced Senior PA or Operations professional looking to step into a broader, business-focused role? This opportunity is ideal for someone who loves people leadership, improving processes, and being the “right hand” to a senior leader.
I’m partnering with a well-regarded boutique law firm that is known for its supportive culture, low turnover and meaningful work. As the business continues to grow, they’re now looking for someone to take ownership of day-to-day operations in their Sydney CBD office.
This is a newly-evolved role that would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing people, and loves creating order, structure, and smooth processes.
The Role
Working closely with the leadership team, you will:
Oversee and support a small, high-performing administration team;
Streamline processes and find smarter, more efficient ways of working;
Assist with budgeting, reporting and operational planning;
Lead onboarding processes for new starters, ensuring systems, access and documentation are ready;
Drive adoption of key systems and technology;
Update and maintain internal operational materials and documents; and
Support continuous improvement initiatives across the wider business.
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings:
Experience in operations, office management, or senior PA/EA roles (professional services ideal);
Strong people leadership skills - you enjoy coaching and supporting others;
Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with stakeholders at all levels;
High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset; and
Strong organisation and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
Why You’ll Love This Role
Genuine impact – play a key role in shaping a growing business;
Great culture – work with a team that values empathy, collaboration and respect; and
Career growth – an opportunity to step into a broader operations role and make it your own.
