About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists to join a high-performing People & Culture team within a growing and innovative organisation.
As the Organisational Development Specialist, you will play a key role in designing and embedding enterprise-wide capability frameworks that support the organisation's future workforce strategy. Working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, you will help shape capability solutions that strengthen organisational performance and enable long-term business success.
Reporting to the Manager, Organisational Design & Capability, you will contribute to strategic initiatives focused on capability uplift, job architecture and workforce planning while ensuring practical, evidence-based outcomes across the business.
About You
You are an experienced Organisational Development or Capability professional who enjoys partnering with leaders to solve complex workforce challenges.
You will bring:
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing organisational capability or skills frameworks within complex organisations;
Experience across organisational design, job architecture or workforce capability initiatives;
Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills with the ability to influence across all levels;
Experience leading projects and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
Knowledge of change management principles and experience supporting organisational transformation;
Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills; and
A collaborative approach with a passion for building organisational capability and driving continuous improvement.
