We are partnering with a nationally recognised professional services organisation that is strengthening its People and Culture capability. This is a newly created permanent part-time role at 0.6 – 0.8 FTE for the right candidate.

The opportunity:

Working within the People and Culture team, you will take ownership of key organisational effectiveness and learning programs across the business. The role has potential flexibility across four or five shorter days depending on the agreed salary.

You will bring structure, sound judgement and practical delivery to an environment where systems and processes are still being established.

• Own the organisation's induction program;

• Manage performance workflows and annual cycles through Culture Amp;

• Oversee learning delivery through Cornerstone;

• Lead the annual promotions program, commencing in 2027; and

• Partner with leaders and People and Culture colleagues to improve processes and support business needs.

Required experience:

You will bring experience delivering organisational effectiveness, learning or broader People and Culture programs in a large or complex organisation. You will be comfortable working independently, building relationships and creating structure where processes are still developing.

• Demonstrated experience across induction, learning, performance or organisational development programs;

• Strong business partnering skills and confidence working with leaders and stakeholders;

• Experience managing end-to-end people programs, workflows and competing priorities;

• Practical judgement, initiative and the ability to establish clear processes; and

• Experience with Culture Amp, Cornerstone or comparable platforms will be highly regarded.
