Job Details

I’m currently working with a well-regarded personal injury law firm in Sydney CBD that is continuing to grow and strengthen its presence in the market. The firm has built a strong reputation in this space, led by experienced practitioners known for the quality of their work and supportive leadership.

This is a full-time opportunity within a collaborative and down-to-earth team, where you’ll be supported to develop your skills over time, with clear pathways for progression.

The role

You’ll be supporting a busy personal injury team across a mix of matters, working closely with an experienced Practice Director who has progressed internally.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved across the full lifecycle of matters and play a key role in supporting both the team and clients.

Responsibilities will include

  • Assisting with file management across personal injury matters;

  • Preparing legal documents and correspondence;

  • Liaising with clients and handling initial enquiries;

  • Organising medical records and briefs; and

  • General administrative and paralegal support.

About you

This role will suit someone with some prior Paralegal or legal support experience, or a law student/junior candidate looking to build their career in personal injury and progress into a practicing role. The firm is supportive of this pathway, provided you’re able to commit to a full-time role.

You’ll ideally bring

  • A genuine interest in personal injury law;

  • A high level of empathy and strong interpersonal skills;

  • Previous legal support or Paralegal experience (preferred but not essential);

  • Strong organisation and attention to detail;

  • A proactive and reliable approach; and

  • The ability to work full-time.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping people and wants to build a long-term career in a supportive and growing firm.

If this sounds like you, I’d love to hear from you.
