About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator to join a busy and supportive HR team on a permanent part-time basis (3 days per week). Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting HR operations across the employee lifecycle while gaining exposure to a broad range of generalist HR activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing employment contracts, onboarding documentation and employee records;

  • Coordinating onboarding, inductions and training administration;

  • Maintaining HRIS data, organisational charts and HR reporting;

  • Assisting with recruitment coordination and talent acquisition activities;

  • Supporting performance review and goal-setting processes;

  • Managing HR compliance, personnel files and HR documentation;

  • Assisting with workers compensation, payroll administration and employee benefits;

  • Supporting HR projects, policy updates and employee engagement initiatives;

  • Coordinating internal communications and company events; and

  • Providing day-to-day HR administrative support to employees and leaders.

About You

To be successful, you will bring

  • Previous experience in an HR Administration or HR Coordinator position;

  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail;

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills;

  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment; and

  • A proactive, confidential and customer-focused approach.
