An exciting opportunity has become available for an organised and proactive Partnership Coordinator to join a well-established organisation on a temporary basis.
Supporting a busy Partnerships team during a period of increased workload, this role will suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, commercial environment and is confident juggling multiple priorities.
The Role:
Preparing post-campaign reports using PowerPoint and Excel;
Creating professional client proposals and presentation decks;
Building and maintaining campaign and media schedules;
Processing and managing campaign bookings;
Coordinating information and ensuring campaign details are accurate;
Providing general administrative and operational support to the Partnerships team; and
Managing multiple deadlines and priorities across different campaigns.
About You:
Previous experience in partnerships, media, marketing, sales support, campaign coordination or a similar role;
Strong PowerPoint skills and the ability to create polished, client-facing presentations;
Strong Excel skills and confidence working with schedules and data;
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy;
Strong organisation and time management skills;
The ability to problem-solve and take initiative;
Confidence managing multiple competing priorities; and
Previous radio, media, advertising or broadcasting experience will be highly regarded, but isn't essential.
