**About the Opportunity
**
This is a RARE and UNIQUE opportunity to contribute to the success of Brisbane’s future economy. Supporting the Partnerships Business Development Manager you will deliver high quality administration as well as leading the management, tracking and reporting of partner benefits. This is a truly autonomous role where you will work closely with internal stakeholders, manage partner accounts, monitor benefits, assist with new partnership research and onboarding, and provide reporting across the full partnership lifecycle.
**Who are we looking for?
**
You will bring a strong background in administration, events, project coordination or a similar role within a results-driven environment. You will be a clear communicator, possess a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and can build strong relationships across teams and stakeholders.
A typical day will entail
Manage partnership accounts and ensure timely tracking, reporting and documentation;
Provide sales and account support, including contracts, invoices and internal coordination;
Assist with partner onboarding, ongoing account management and relationship maintenance;
Support marketing and sales activities, including proposals, presentations and collateral;
Prepare data, insights and performance reporting to inform partnership strategies; and
Coordinate meetings, stakeholder communication and cross-department collaboration.
