**About The Role:
**
Join a fast-growing Australian FMCG business as part of a supportive finance team. This role manages accounts receivable and trade spend, along with payroll processing.
 
**Key Responsibilities:
**
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:

• Weekly and monthly payroll processing for 85, using ADP (Managed Service Model);

• Managing daily receipts reconciliation, allocating cash receipts, and resolving discrepancies;

• Processing trade spend claims and rebates, and ensuring accurate application to customer accounts;

• Monitoring outstanding debtor balances, issuing customer statements, and following up payments;

• Regularly reviewing customer portals and ensuring invoices are accurate and complete;

• Generating weekly debtor reports for management;

• Supporting month-end balance sheet reconciliations and posting journals (rebate accruals, prepayments, etc.);

• Assisting with half-year and year-end audit requests and other external reporting needs;

• Building collaborative relationships with internal teams across finance, supply chain, and sales.

What We’re Looking For:

• Payroll and Accounts Receivable experience;

• Trade spend and rebates experience will be advantageous;

• Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills;

• Advanced Excel skills; and

• Excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
