  • Dandenong South location;

  • 1 day per week WFH;

  • Choose your start time - 8:30am, 9:00am or 9:30am; and

  • Dual role – yes that means you can take leave!

Work alongside one other Payroll Officer to tackle this weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll of 550+ employees.
 
Within this Manufacturing and Distribution company, you will be a part of continued growth, as well as within a lovely, supportive, team-focused organisation.
 
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing Aus and NZ payroll for 550+;

  • Use of Kronos;

  • Interpreting multiple Awards;

  • Processing Super and Payroll Tax;

  • Reviewing and resolving payroll variances;

  • Preparing Workcover;

  • Maintaining leave balances;

  • Calculating and posting payroll related journals to the GL; and

  • Assisting with payroll related queries.

To be considered for this position, we are seeking:

  • End to end payroll processing experience across Aus and NZ;

  • Experience with the use of Kronos will be advantageous;

  • A team-player attitude and a desire to work within a lovely, friendly and supportive team;

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines; and

  • The ability to work in the office 4 days per week.
