About the Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Payroll Officer to join a supportive team based in North Ryde. In a team environment, you will play a key role in the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, termination calculations and a high level of service to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end payroll processing across a high-volume environment;

  • Processing terminations, including calculations and final payments;

  • Managing payroll queries and delivering excellent customer service;

  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures; and

  • Supporting and collaborating with the broader payroll team.

About You

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a high-volume payroll processing;

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll, including terminations;

  • Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills;

  • Experience working with large payrolls;

  • Exposure to multiple Enterprise Agreements; and

  • Experience with large payroll systems Oracle, SAP, Attache.

In this role you will be working within a team of six and reporting directly to the Payroll Manager, offering flexible working arrangements and the security of a 24-month Fixed Term Contract within a supportive, high-performing environment
