Working within the automotive industry, we are seeking assistance to:

• Investigate, solve and rectify payroll discrepancies;

• Overhaul systems and processes;

• Work with the CFO to suggest and plan to implement improved systems;

• Implement new policies and procedures;

• Assisting the Payroll Officer in processing fortnightly and monthly pays across Aus and NZ; and

• Interpreting multiple Awards.

Currently utilising a SAP-based system.
 
To be able to jump in and hit the ground running, we are seeking:

• Previous Payroll processing experience;

• Strong system improvement and implementation experience;

• Proven ability to investigate and solve payroll-related discrepancies; and

• SAP software experience at a minimum.
