Are you a Payroll Specialist who is driven by growth and continuous improvement?

We are proud to be partnering with an ASX-listed organisation with one of the largest and most complex payrolls in Australia.

In this specialist role, you’ll own the Group’s PLSL obligations, working with a highly experienced manager who will support your development.

You’ll step into a well-established role (due to retirement) and play a key part in a payroll function undergoing an exciting transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage PLSL service returns, levy submissions & reimbursement claims;

• Act as the main contact for state PLSL authorities;

• Maintain & validate employee classifications and eligibility;

• Complete PLSL account reconciliations & journals;

• Strengthen controls, documentation & compliance;

• Work with Payroll, Finance, P&C, Legal and external regulators; and

• Contribute to process improvements across a transforming function.

About You:

• Payroll or accounting background;

• Strong stakeholder and communication skills;

• High attention to detail & compliance mindset;

• Confident challenging ideas and improving processes;

• Advanced Excel + experience with large payroll/ERP systems;

• Proactive, independent, and adaptable in a changing environment.
