Are you a Payroll Specialist who is driven by growth and continuous improvement?
We are proud to be partnering with an ASX-listed organisation with one of the largest and most complex payrolls in Australia.
In this specialist role, you’ll own the Group’s PLSL obligations, working with a highly experienced manager who will support your development.
You’ll step into a well-established role (due to retirement) and play a key part in a payroll function undergoing an exciting transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage PLSL service returns, levy submissions & reimbursement claims;
Act as the main contact for state PLSL authorities;
Maintain & validate employee classifications and eligibility;
Complete PLSL account reconciliations & journals;
Strengthen controls, documentation & compliance;
Work with Payroll, Finance, P&C, Legal and external regulators; and
Contribute to process improvements across a transforming function.
About You:
Payroll or accounting background;
Strong stakeholder and communication skills;
High attention to detail & compliance mindset;
Confident challenging ideas and improving processes;
Advanced Excel + experience with large payroll/ERP systems;
Proactive, independent, and adaptable in a changing environment.
