I'm partnering with a large organisation seeking an experienced HR Payroll Systems Support Analyst to join the team on a 2-year fixed-term contract.
Working closely with Payroll, HR and IT, you'll support and enhance payroll systems, investigate issues, deliver system changes and help ensure payroll processes remain accurate, compliant and efficient. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team and contribute to a range of payroll and systems improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities will include
Providing first-level support for payroll and HR systems issues;
Investigating system-related payroll queries and troubleshooting problems;
Gathering and documenting business requirements for system enhancements;
Configuring and maintaining payroll system changes;
Supporting testing activities and coordinating with technical teams;
Managing support tickets and ensuring SLA requirements are met;
Working closely with stakeholders across Payroll, HR and IT; and
Identifying opportunities for process improvement and system optimisation.
About You
Experience supporting SAP payroll systems;
Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance;
Payroll system configuration and support experience;
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities;
Knowledge of awards and industrial relations principles; and
Advanced Excel skills and strong communication abilities.
