About the Opportunity

This is a great opportunity for a Senior Human Resources Advisor who is ready to step into a more strategic, business-partnering role while continuing to be supported, coached and developed by an experienced People & Culture team. Embedded in the business, you’ll work closely with leaders to deliver practical, values-led people solutions, build capability, and positively influence team culture and performance.

You won’t be expected to have it all figured out on day one. Instead, you’ll be guided and mentored as you grow your capabilities as a trusted advisor, gradually taking on more complex matters while learning from an experienced leader.

In this role, you will:

  • Partner closely with leaders to provide trusted, practical people advice across the full employee lifecycle, tailored to the realities of a busy practice environment;

  • Confidently support and manage employee relations matters, coaching leaders through performance, conduct, and workplace issues with care and fairness;

  • Build leader capability by coaching and guiding managers to handle people matters with confidence, consistency, and empathy;

  • Contribute to workforce planning, succession conversations, and cyclical people programs such as performance reviews, engagement, and recognition;

  • Use people data and insights to identify trends, inform decisions, and drive continuous improvement; and

  • Work collaboratively with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Support Office teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience and consistent people practices.

About You

You’re an experienced HR professional ready to take the next step in your career, and you thrive when partnering with leaders to make a real impact on team culture and performance. You bring strong operational know-how, a solutions-focused mindset, and a genuine curiosity about how people and business goals intersect. You enjoy tackling complex people matters, learning from experienced colleagues, and growing your confidence as a trusted advisor along the way.

What makes you a great fit:

  • You will ideally hold a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, and have proven experience in a Senior HR Advisor or generalist HR role;

  • You’ve partnered with leaders to deliver practical HR solutions that make a difference to the business;

  • You’re confident navigating Australian employment law, industrial relations frameworks, and best-practice HR processes;

  • You’ve successfully supported employee relations matters, including performance management, grievances, and investigations; and

  • You’re collaborative, curious, and excited to grow your skills in a supportive, high performing team environment.

Benefits & Culture

Join a supportive and high-performing HR team where you’ll have the opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues and grow your skills in a collaborative environment. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, expanding organisation that is making a real difference in the allied health sector.

What you can look forward to:

  • Working within a collaborative, experienced, and high-performing People & Culture team, with plenty of opportunity to learn from seasoned HR professionals;

  • Being part of a fast-growing organisation, offering a dynamic and varied workload that keeps you challenged and engaged;

  • Contributing to a purposeful mission, supporting allied health services that make a tangible difference to people’s lives;

  • Exposure to a diverse, multi-site environment that offers a broad range of HR experience and development opportunities; and

  • A culture that values collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and continuous improvement.
