About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a large, values-led organisation to recruit two strategic People & Culture Business Partner opportunities. While each role supports a different client group, both offer the opportunity to influence organisational outcomes, partner with senior leaders and help shape the future capability of a complex, multi-site workforce.
One opportunity will see you partnering with a diverse operational portfolio, reporting to the Head of People Partnering and working strategically with senior operational stakeholders to strengthen leadership capability, workforce performance and employee engagement across geographically dispersed teams.
The second opportunity offers a highly strategic corporate portfolio, reporting directly to the Chief People Officer. In this role, you'll work alongside executive and senior leaders to influence enterprise-wide people initiatives, support organisational transformation and provide trusted advice on complex workforce challenges.
Regardless of portfolio, you'll work collaboratively within a contemporary People & Culture function and alongside specialist Centres of Excellence to deliver integrated people solutions that enable the organisation to achieve its strategic objectives. Your responsibilities will include:
Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing strategic guidance on workforce planning, organisational effectiveness and people-related business decisions;
Building leadership capability by coaching and influencing managers through complex employee relations matters, performance conversations and organisational change;
Working alongside specialist Centres of Excellence to design and implement people initiatives that align with broader organisational priorities and deliver consistent employee experiences;
Supporting business units through periods of growth, change and transformation, ensuring people impacts are considered and leaders are equipped to successfully lead their teams;
Identifying opportunities to strengthen workforce capability, succession pipelines and leadership effectiveness through practical, commercially focused people strategies;
Analysing workforce trends, people metrics and organisational insights to inform recommendations, mitigate risk and support evidence-based decision making;
Developing trusted relationships across your stakeholder group, enabling you to challenge constructively, influence outcomes and provide pragmatic advice that balances commercial objectives with employee experience; and
Contributing to the ongoing evolution of the People & Culture function by sharing ideas, driving continuous improvement and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
