This is an excellent opportunity for an established Senior People & Culture Business Partner who will work closely with senior leaders to shape capability, performance and culture. This role blends strategic partnering with hands on ER, safety and workforce initiatives in a value driven, results focused organisation.
Partner with senior leaders across multiple sites to provide advice across all people and culture matters;
Lead workforce planning, talent and capability initiatives;
Coach leaders on performance management, engagement and leadership effectiveness;
Manage complex ER / IR matters, including investigations and dispute resolution;
Champion company values, safety and wellbeing through day-to-day partnering and targeted initiatives; and
Drive and support people and culture projects, processes and continuous improvement activities.
The ideal candidate will have strong ER and IR experience, able to influence senior leaders and navigate complex environments, while balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on delivery.
Minimum 8 years experience in a Senior People & Culture or HR Business Partner role within a blue and white collar environments;
Strong, contemporary knowledge of ER, IR, WHS and return-to-work practices;
Proven ability to influence, coach and build credibility with senior leaders;
Experience delivering workforce, talent or broader P&C initiatives and projects;
Excellent communication skills; and
Experience using Mercer IPE methodology and SuccessFactors would be favourable.
