Reporting into the Manager – People Partnering, you will join a collaborative and high-performing people team within a business that genuinely values its people and culture.

The Role
This is a broad, hands-on generalist partnering role, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders across the Queensland business, providing strategic and operational HR support while driving best-practice people initiatives.
Key areas of focus will include:
End-to-end employee lifecycle management, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding;
Employee relations, performance management, investigations and grievance management;
Coaching and supporting leaders on people matters and employment legislation;
Workforce planning, talent development and succession planning;
Organisational development and employee engagement initiatives;
Policy interpretation, compliance and process improvement; and
Supporting strategic HR projects and broader people initiatives.
About You
We’re looking to connect with experienced HR professionals who bring strong generalist capability and a genuine passion for partnering with the business.
You will ideally have:
Experience as an HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor or similar generalist HR role;
Strong employee relations and industrial relations knowledge;
Solid understanding of the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards and HR best practice;
Proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and influence at all levels;
Confidence navigating complex people matters with sound judgement and emotional intelligence; and
A proactive, adaptable and commercially minded approach.
