This one is about helping build what comes next.
We're partnering with a well-known consumer business that's making significant investment into digital capability and progressively bringing performance marketing in-house.
With executive backing, substantial media budgets and an experienced Head of Performance Marketing leading the function, you'll join at a pivotal stage where you'll help shape how paid media evolves across the business over the coming years.
The opportunity
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves performance marketing and enjoys testing, learning and improving.
Around 70% of your role will focus on paid social, helping grow and mature channels that have historically been underutilised. You'll have the opportunity to experiment with audiences, creative, measurement and emerging platforms to uncover new opportunities for growth.
The remaining 30% will focus on paid search, partnering closely with a specialist agency managing a significant monthly investment. Rather than simply reviewing reports, you'll work alongside the agency, understand the account inside out and help strengthen the organisation's in-house capability over time.
This role is about building smarter frameworks, improving attribution and helping a well-established business get more from every marketing dollar it invests.
What you'll be doing
Leading paid social strategy, execution and optimisation across multiple consumer brands;
Partnering with a specialist agency to maximise paid search performance;
Building structured testing frameworks across audiences, creative and channels;
Improving reporting, attribution and measurement to support better commercial decisions;
Exploring opportunities across Meta, YouTube, programmatic and other emerging channels;
Collaborating with creative, digital and analytics teams to improve campaign and landing page performance; and
Playing a key role in building a high-performing in-house performance marketing function.
About you
You're an experienced performance marketer who's equally comfortable getting hands-on in platform as you are discussing strategy;
You bring solid experience across both paid social and paid search, with a genuine curiosity for testing new ideas, challenging assumptions and finding smarter ways to improve performance;
You might currently be agency-side looking for greater ownership, or already working in-house and wanting the opportunity to help build a function from the ground up; and
Most importantly, you're commercially minded, proactive and excited by the chance to make a genuine impact.
