Are you an experienced PMO professional who enjoys strengthening governance, improving reporting and driving best-practice project delivery?
We're partnering with a client based in Melbourne's eastern suburbs to recruit a PMO Governance Lead to join their enterprise PMO on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Head of PMO, you'll play a key role in enhancing governance frameworks, optimising PMO systems and providing meaningful portfolio insights across a range of strategic initiatives.

About the Role:
Working closely with senior leaders and Project Managers, you'll help drive governance excellence, reporting consistency and continuous improvement across the PMO.
You will:
Lead and improve PMO governance frameworks, standards and reporting;
Own the administration and optimisation of Smartsheet and PMO systems;
Develop executive dashboards and portfolio reporting;
Monitor governance compliance, project quality and data integrity;
Coach Project Managers on governance and reporting best practice; and
Drive continuous improvement across PMO processes, templates and tools.
About You:
You're an experienced PMO professional with strong governance expertise and the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of an organisation.
You'll bring:
Experience in a PMO Lead, PMO Governance, Senior PMO Analyst or similar role;
Strong knowledge of PMO governance, portfolio reporting and project assurance;
Advanced Smartsheet experience and strong reporting capability (Power BI exposure desirable);
Experience developing executive reporting and portfolio dashboards;
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills; and
PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent project management certification (desirable).
