About the role
As Practice Support Team Leader, you'll lead and mentor a small team of practice assistants, helping them grow while ensuring the smooth, day-to-day delivery of high-quality support services. This role is perfect for someone who naturally steps up, enjoys coaching others, and leads by example when it comes to accuracy, professionalism and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and motivating a small team, promoting a high-performance culture;
Providing hands-on operational support to legal teams as needs evolve;
Demonstrating strong skills across Microsoft Office and document management systems;
Building strong connections between practice assistants and legal teams;
Identifying training needs and coaching team members to reach their potential; and
Partnering with senior management on team development strategies.
About you
A natural leader who enjoys mentoring and developing others;
Previous experience in a legal, professional services or similar environment;
At least 5 years' experience in a similar support or supervisory role; and
Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
