Are you an experienced Process Analyst with a strong background in process improvement, operational excellence and business transformation?

We are seeking a Process Analyst to join a major transformation portfolio, working across business operations to understand current ways of working, identify improvement opportunities and design practical future-state processes.

This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity, based in Melbourne with hybrid flexibility and an ASAP start.

About the Role

You will:

• Analyse and map current-state business processes across the organisation;

• Design practical future-state processes and operating arrangements;

• Identify inefficiencies, duplication, bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement;

• Facilitate workshops with process owners and business stakeholders;

• Support process governance, documentation and continuous improvement; and

• Help embed sustainable changes across day-to-day operations.

About You

You'll bring:

• Strong Process Analysis or Process Improvement experience;

• Proven experience mapping and redesigning end-to-end business processes;

• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement capability;

• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma;

• The ability to challenge existing processes and translate findings into practical solutions; and

• Strong communication skills and a pragmatic, hands-on approach.

This role sits within a broader transformation environment where process improvement is a key enabler of organisational growth and change.

You will have the opportunity to work across different business areas, partnering with process owners and operational stakeholders to improve how work gets done.

The role will suit someone who enjoys getting underneath a problem, understanding how a process really operates and then working with stakeholders to improve it.

Experience across complex, regulated or service-based environments will be highly regarded.
