About the Role

Join an ASX-listed market leader at the forefront of Australian wealth innovation. As the group continues its rapid expansion through strategic acquisitions and global partnerships, they are seeking a high-caliber Product Manager to lead the evolution of their flagship investment suite.
 
Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of the existing product suite, ensuring high operational standards and alignment with company policy;

• Conduct deep-dive competitor and market analysis to identify innovation opportunities and build compelling commercial business cases;

• Lead the coordination of structural updates, including manager transitions, fee adjustments, feature enhancements, and regulatory pivots;

• Oversee the accuracy and compliance of all critical collateral, including PDS, Target Market Determinations (TMD), and Significant Event Notices (SEN);

• Act as the central product authority and primary point of contact, collaborating with Sales, IT, Legal, and Risk to deliver process uplifts; and

• Proactively manage BAU updates and industry regulatory changes to ensure the product remains at the forefront of the legislative landscape.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 8 years of dedicated experience across Investment Bonds/Benefit Funds, Superannuation or Retirement income products;

• Experience with custodial platforms, including Wrap, IDPS, or Master Trust environments;

• A strong understanding of investment operations, fund administration, and modern payment/drawdown systems; and

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Commerce or Finance; postgraduate qualifications (CFA/CA) will be highly regarded.
