With a global footprint exporting to countries worldwide, you will be partnering with an organisation that is proudly stocked domestically in all major retail stores where you’d expect to see premium infant products, positioning itself strongly in over 2,000 stores Australia-wide.

Your new role

Reporting to the Group Manufacturing Manager, your new role as Production Support Officer will see you working Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm. Your key responsibilities will include being the main administrative and compliance support for production related needs, quality and saftey.

Your role will see you:

  • Facilitate and support team members who are on return-to-work plans;

  • Processing & providing all correct documentation in a timely manner;

  • Technical drawings for estimating and manufacturing outcomes;

  • Administer labour and material for new orders;

  • Communicate with internal teams for project delivery, negotiate delays or resolve issues;

  • Liaise with production and procurement teams regarding job

  • activities to ensure job milestones are met;

  • Develop timely estimates and quotes to meet deadlines;

  • Provide technical product support to internal colleagues including sales, production and procurement;

  • Communicate machinery or system faults;

  • Follow and implement Safe Operating Procedures;

  • Purchase equipment for the facility; and

  • Report near misses, incidents and hazards as needed.

What you need to succeed

  • Microsoft Office background and strong communication / relationship building skills;

  • Ideally 2 years experience in a similar role, advantageous to have FMCG background;

  • Ability to start asap (or short 2 week notice period); and

  • Positive, can-do attitude, strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced role.
