About the Opportunity
This is a DYNAMIC role, offering a fantastic opportunity to support the delivery of BEDA programming and events. You will help implement and develop the program activity through events and initiatives, contributing to Brisbane’s strategic direction.
Who are we looking for?
You have demonstrated experience in either events, administration or a similar role in an outcome-orientated environment. You will be highly approachable, hold strong communication skills and have great attention to detail. Experienced in fast-paced environments, you are adept at managing time, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and applying a solutions-oriented, agile mindset.
A typical day supporting the Industry Engagement team will entail
Plan, develop, and deliver a wide portfolio of events and initiatives;
Coordination of marketing materials;
Manage program systems and databases to ensure smooth and effective event operation; and
Liaise with internal teams to align activities with company-wide priorities.
