Working within a collaborative and commercially focused team, you will lead the national strategy for local program delivery to design engaging customer experiences whilst balancing operational execution and commercial performance.

About the Role:
You will lead the planning, development, and execution of national programs delivered multiple times per year, ensuring strong alignment between strategy, delivery, and commercial outcomes.
You will:
Own end-to-end program planning and delivery across a national footprint;
Develop and execute forward program roadmaps aligned to seasonal themes, campaigns and customer needs;
Bring a structure planning approach, including forward scheduling and program lifecycle management across multiple cycles;
Design engaging campaign concepts, events, and customer experiences with clear commercial intent;
Manage supplier and partner relationships, including negotiation and procurement;
Drive commercial performance through pricing strategy, forecasting, and margin optimisation;
Partner closely with Marketing and operational teams to ensure effective go-to-market execution at scale;
Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to deliver programs at scale;
Analyse program performance data to inform continuous improvement; and
Manage multiple concurrent program cycles within tight delivery timeframes.
This is a highly visible role that requires strong organisation, commercial acumen, and the ability to operate across both strategic and hands-on delivery.
About You:
You are a highly organised and commercially minded professional, with experience delivering programs, campaigns, or events at scale.
You’ll bring:
Proven experience in program, campaign, events, or product management;
Strong commercial acumen, including pricing strategy , forecasting and margin optimisation;
Experience building or contributing to forward plans or roadmaps in complex environments;
Advanced analytical capability (Excel);
Experience working in high-volume, multi-site or multi-stream environments;
Ability to manage competing priorities across both planning and executing phases in fast-paced settings;
Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills; and
A creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging concepts and themes, balanced with structured delivery that is commercially sound.
