The Role

Reporting into senior leadership, the Technology Project Manager will play a pivotal role in leading the delivery of key technology initiatives, with an immediate focus on a major ERP implementation.

You will be responsible for ensuring successful program delivery across multiple workstreams, balancing technical delivery requirements with business readiness outcomes. This role will suit a delivery-focused project leader who is comfortable operating in complex environments and enjoys working closely with both technical and operational stakeholders.

The position will also play an important role in strengthening governance, managing vendor relationships and ensuring the organisation is well positioned to successfully adopt new technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Key areas of responsibility will include:

• Leading the end-to-end delivery of major technology programs;

• Managing delivery scope, milestones, financials and risks;

• Establishing clear governance and reporting practices;

• Partnering with business leaders to ensure alignment between technology outcomes and operational needs;

• Coordinating ERP implementation activities including data migration, testing and go-live readiness;

• Managing relationships with external vendors and implementation partners;

• Supporting change management and business readiness activities; and

• Driving delivery momentum through structured project management practices.

About You

You will be an experienced Technology Project Manager with a proven track record delivering complex enterprise programs, ideally within environments where stakeholder management and operational alignment are critical to success.

You will bring:

• Demonstrated experience delivering ERP or enterprise technology programs;

• Strong project governance and delivery management capability;

• Experience working across multiple stakeholders and business functions;

• Proven ability to manage vendors and delivery partners;

• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels; and

• A structured and pragmatic approach to delivery.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar platforms, formal project delivery certifications and exposure to organisational change initiatives will be highly regarded.
