I'm partnering with one of Australia's most established Electrical and Communications contracting businesses to recruit an experienced Project Manager to join their growing Melbourne team. With a strong and sustained pipeline of work, this is a genuine opportunity to take ownership of complex, high-value projects within a business that is firing on all cylinders.

About the Role:

In this role, you will take full responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of large-scale commercial Electrical and Communications projects across the Melbourne metro area. You will lead and develop both office-based management teams and frontline site crews, oversee design and drafting workflows, drive procurement, manage key supplier and subcontractor relationships and own the commercial outcomes of your projects. Acting as the primary client contact, you will build strong, trust-based relationships that support long-term partnerships.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience delivering large-scale commercial Electrical and/or Communications projects as a Project Manager;

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels;

• Demonstrated leadership capability with a genuine commitment to developing and mentoring your team;

• Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment; and

• Proficiency across MS Office, Simpro and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).

Qualifications & Experience:

• Substantial background in commercial Electrical and/or Communications project delivery;

• Unrestricted A Grade Electrical Licence highly regarded but not essential;

• Communications/Fibre Licence advantageous; and

• Valid Driver's Licence.
