Our client is a well-established mid-tier firm with a large and highly regarded property practice. The team acts for a diverse client base, including developers, investors and operators across the hospitality and accommodation sectors.
With a strong reputation in its chosen industries, the firm combines deep technical expertise with a practical, commercial approach. The team is well resourced, collaborative and structured to ensure junior lawyers receive meaningful training and support.
The Role
This role sits within a busy property and commercial team and offers exposure to a broad mix of work, including acquisitions and disposals, leasing, development and general commercial property matters.
A key feature of the role is the opportunity to work on hospitality and accommodation assets, including hotels, clubs and resorts, as well as related regulatory aspects. You will work closely with partners and senior lawyers, with the opportunity for direct client contact and early responsibility as your capability develops.
About You
You will be a junior lawyer with 0–3 years’ PQE and some exposure to property or commercial transactions.
You will bring:
Experience or interest in property, leasing or business transactions;
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills;
The ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously;
Confidence in communicating with clients and stakeholders; and
An interest in developing your career within a specialist property practice.
