What is the role?

Join a leading national law firm with a highly regarded Property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Paralegal to support a busy and high-performing team acting for major developers, landlords, tenants, investors and institutional clients across a broad range of commercial property matters.

You will gain exposure to:

• Commercial acquisitions and disposals;

• Retail, commercial and industrial leasing matters;

• Large-scale property developments;

• Agreements for lease and portfolio leasing work;

• Due diligence and transaction support;

• Title, planning and property searches;

• Preparation of contracts, leases and settlement documents; and

• File management, billing and matter coordination.

Working closely with senior lawyers on complex matters, you will play a key role in keeping transactions moving and ensuring a high level of client service.

The team acts for a range of high-profile clients across sectors including retail, infrastructure, airports, energy, industrial and commercial property. Matters include shopping centre developments, service centre redevelopments, airport leasing projects and large-scale mixed-use developments.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience as a Property Paralegal within a law firm;

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills;

• A proactive approach and strong communication skills;

• This is a permanent opportunity, therefore only candidates with unrestricted Australian working rights can be considered; and

• Ideally suited to a career Paralegal looking for a long-term opportunity within Property & Real Estate law.
