What is the role?
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Paralegal to join a highly regarded commercial law firm and provide key support within their Property & Leasing team.
Working closely with lawyers and internal stakeholders, your role will include:
Assisting with leasing file management across a busy portfolio;
Preparing matters for settlement;
Drafting, formatting and amending leases, agreements and contracts;
Conducting property and title searches;
Managing correspondence and documentation;
Liaising with internal teams, clients and external stakeholders;
Supporting workflow in a high-volume, fast-paced environment; and
Using PEXA for property-related matters.
What are we looking for?
We’re looking for experienced Property Paralegals - this role is ideally not suited to students or recent graduates;
Strong experience in leasing matters;
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills;
Calm, confident approach when managing deadlines;
Professional communication; and
Proactive, adaptable and service-oriented mindset.
