What is the role?

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Paralegal to join a highly regarded commercial law firm and provide key support within their Property & Leasing team.
 
Working closely with lawyers and internal stakeholders, your role will include:

• Assisting with leasing file management across a busy portfolio;

• Preparing matters for settlement;

• Drafting, formatting and amending leases, agreements and contracts;

• Conducting property and title searches;

• Managing correspondence and documentation;

• Liaising with internal teams, clients and external stakeholders;

• Supporting workflow in a high-volume, fast-paced environment; and

• Using PEXA for property-related matters.

What are we looking for?

• We’re looking for experienced Property Paralegals - this role is ideally not suited to students or recent graduates;

• Strong experience in leasing matters;

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills;

• Calm, confident approach when managing deadlines;

• Professional communication; and

• Proactive, adaptable and service-oriented mindset.
