We are seeking a friendly, organised, and professional individual to join fantastic team in the Inner West as a Receptionist. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This is a family-owned business, which has doubled in headcount in the past 12 months, yet has managed to retain the feel of a close-knit crew. If you are starting your career and have worked for a few years across administration/ reception this is a great opportunity for you to grow into the position.
Front Desk & Customer Service
Greet visitors, clients, and suppliers in a professional and friendly manner;
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and handle general enquiries;
Manage visitor check‑ins and meeting room coordination; and
Maintain tidy, organised, and welcoming reception and meeting room areas.
Administrative Support
Provide general administrative support to teams, including document formatting, filing, scanning, invoice data entry;
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries; and
Support onboarding activities such as desk set-up and induction packs.
Office Coordination
Order and maintain office supplies, stationery, and kitchen consumables;
Liaise with building management, cleaners, and service providers as required;
Assist the Marketing team with the preparation and distribution of recognition packs, promotional items, and branded materials; and
Ensure office equipment (printers, phones, meeting room tech) is functioning and serviced.
Records & Systems
Maintain up‑to‑date contact lists, logs, and administrative records; and
Update internal databases and support basic system administration tasks.
