About the Role
As the Resourcer, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging high-quality candidates across a variety of HR and corporate roles, while ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Source and engage candidates through CRM, SEEK Talent Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other platforms;
Write and post engaging job advertisements;
Build and maintain talent pools for recurring and future opportunities;
Conduct initial candidate phone screens and assess suitability;
Diary Management, coordinate interviews and manage candidate scheduling;
Prepare candidate reports, shortlist documents, and skills matrix;
Conduct reference checks, compliance checks, and onboarding administration;
Manage contractor follow-ups, timesheets, and placement administration;
Support LinkedIn content, recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives; and
Collaborate closely with consultants and contribute to team sourcing and recruitment strategies.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:
Business, HR or related degree highly regarded;
Previous experience within recruitment, talent acquisition, HR administration, or recruitment coordination;
Strong sourcing capability across LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK Talent Search, or similar platforms;
Exceptional organisational and time management skills;
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
A proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented approach;
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities; and
Confidence engaging with candidates and stakeholders professionally.
