We are urgently seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer to join a leading disability services provider based in Melbourne’s South East suburbs.
Due to operational pressure and high demand for Support Workers, this is a hands-on, fast-paced contract opportunity with the potential to transition to permanent for the right person.
The Role:
You will manage end-to-end recruitment for Disability Support Workers, ensuring a strong pipeline of compliant, high-quality candidates ready to meet participant needs.
This is a full-time, onsite role requiring someone who can hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment of Support Workers (screening, interviews, references);
Managing compliance including NDIS checks, documentation and onboarding;
Coordinating training enrolments and readiness for placement; and
Partnering closely with operational teams to meet urgent workforce demands.
About You:
Prior recruitment experience (agency or internal);
Strong experience within the disability or healthcare sector (essential);
Current NDIS Worker Screening clearance (essential);
Understanding of Support Worker requirements;
Organised, resilient and comfortable working in a high-volume environment; and
Available to start immediately.
