We are urgently seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer to join a leading disability services provider based in Melbourne’s South East suburbs.
 
Due to operational pressure and high demand for Support Workers, this is a hands-on, fast-paced contract opportunity with the potential to transition to permanent for the right person.
 
The Role:
 
You will manage end-to-end recruitment for Disability Support Workers, ensuring a strong pipeline of compliant, high-quality candidates ready to meet participant needs.
 
This is a full-time, onsite role requiring someone who can hit the ground running.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment of Support Workers (screening, interviews, references);

• Managing compliance including NDIS checks, documentation and onboarding;

• Coordinating training enrolments and readiness for placement; and

• Partnering closely with operational teams to meet urgent workforce demands.

About You:

• Prior recruitment experience (agency or internal);

• Strong experience within the disability or healthcare sector (essential);

• Current NDIS Worker Screening clearance (essential);

• Understanding of Support Worker requirements;

• Organised, resilient and comfortable working in a high-volume environment; and

• Available to start immediately.
