Join a leading automotive brand and play a key role in driving dealership performance across NSW/ACT. Working closely with Dealer Principals and leadership teams, you will support sales, aftersales and operational performance while building strong, long-term partnerships across the dealer network.
This is a highly autonomous, field-based role suited to a commercially minded relationship manager who enjoys analysing performance, identifying opportunities and influencing business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support a portfolio of dealerships across NSW/ACT;

• Drive sales, service, parts and customer experience performance;

• Analyse dealer KPIs and identify growth opportunities;

• Build strong relationships with Dealer Principals and senior stakeholders;

• Support dealer training, operational initiatives and brand programs; and

• Conduct regular dealer performance reviews and action planning.

About You

• Experience within automotive, OEM, dealership, retail or multi-site environments;

• Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills;

• Commercially minded with strong analytical capability;

• Confident working autonomously in a field-based role; and

• Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
