About the Role

Reporting to the Group Chief Executive Officer, the Regional Director is the most senior executive across Australasia, responsible for leading the region's commercial performance and strategic direction. The role oversees Marine, Architectural, Industrial and Critical Missions, leading regional sales, customer service and people while working closely with global leadership to execute the Groupe's growth strategy across Australasia and Asia.
 
About You

You are an accomplished commercial executive with experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across international or geographically dispersed markets. You have a track record of delivering profitable growth, developing strategic customer relationships and translating strategy into results. Experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineered products or related B2B sectors is essential, together with the commercial acumen to identify new market opportunities across Asia.
 
This role is based in Braeside, Melbourne.
