The Organisation

Fleetwood Australia is an ASX-listed national group operating across three core divisions: Building Solutions, Community Solutions and RV Solutions. With more than 60 years of experience, the business delivers modular construction, accommodation and recreational vehicle solutions across a broad range of sectors. The Building Solutions division forms a key part of this platform, delivering projects across education, healthcare, defence, resources, housing and social infrastructure. Operating within a national model, Fleetwood combines local delivery capability with centralised expertise across design, estimating, manufacturing and support services, providing scale, consistency and depth across its operations. In Queensland, this capability supports a growing pipeline across public infrastructure, education, housing, resources and regional development.

The Role

This is a full P&L leadership role with end-to-end accountability for the Queensland business. The General Manager owns the performance of the state, leading across the full value chain from customer engagement and sales & business development strategy through to project delivery and operational outcomes. A key focus is driving customer excellence, strengthening major account relationships and building a sustainable forward pipeline. Working within Fleetwood’s national model, the role requires close alignment with centralised Centres of Expertise across design, estimating, manufacturing and support services to ensure projects are delivered safely, consistently and to margin. The position also carries a strong market presence, representing the business with key customers and partners.

The Person

You are an experienced P&L leader with a background in construction or building solutions, comfortable balancing commercial growth with disciplined delivery. You understand how to build pipeline, manage risk and lead teams to consistent outcomes. You operate well within structured environments, but bring the judgement to lead locally. Above all, you are a credible leader who sets standards, builds capable teams and develops trusted customer relationships.
