The Organisation
Fleetwood Australia is an ASX-listed national group operating across three core divisions: Building Solutions, Community Solutions and RV Solutions. With more than 60 years of experience, the business delivers modular construction, accommodation and recreational vehicle solutions across a broad range of sectors. The Building Solutions division is a key part of this platform, delivering projects across education, healthcare, defence, resources, housing and social infrastructure. Operating within a national model, Fleetwood combines local delivery capability with centralised expertise across design, estimating, manufacturing and support services, providing scale, consistency and depth. In Western Australia, the business is strongly aligned to resources, remote infrastructure and workforce accommodation.
The Role
The General Manager leads the Western Australian business with full P&L accountability and ownership of overall state performance. The role spans the entire value chain, from customer engagement and sales strategy through to delivery across geographically dispersed and often complex projects, with an ongoing focus on business development and pipeline growth. There is a strong emphasis on customer outcomes, major account management and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to expectation. Operating within Fleetwood’s national model, the role works closely with centralised Centres of Expertise across design, estimating, manufacturing and support services to align capability and delivery. This is a role defined by execution, clarity of leadership and disciplined operational performance.
The Person
You are a pragmatic and experienced leader with a background in construction or building solutions and experience operating in resource or remote environments. You understand how to deliver projects safely, efficiently and to standard, often across dispersed sites with logistical complexity. You are a hands-on leader who builds capable teams, sets clear expectations and drives accountability.
