An exciting opportunity has become available with a rapidly growing Australian hospitality and accommodation group that is expanding nationally and investing heavily in its future growth. With a strong reputation in the corporate travel and accommodation market, this organisation is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to help accelerate its next phase of growth.  
 
The Opportunity

Reporting into senior leadership, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of target accounts across your region, focusing on securing new corporate partnerships and growing revenue across a national network of properties. 
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition across corporate accounts;

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans within your territory;

  • Build strong relationships with travel managers, procurement teams and corporate decision-makers;

  • Identify, qualify and convert new opportunities;

  • Negotiate commercial agreements and accommodation programs;

  • Collaborate closely with operational stakeholders to ensure exceptional client outcomes; and

  • Represent the business at networking events, industry functions and client meetings.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Proven success in B2B sales, business development or account management;

  • Experience within hospitality, accommodation, travel or a related service industry highly regarded;

  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills;

  • Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders;

  • A proactive, hunter mentality with the ability to develop and close opportunities;

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; and

  • A self-motivated and autonomous approach to managing your territory.
