About the Role
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced sales leader looking to make a meaningful impact within one of Papua New Guinea's leading FMCG businesses. As Regional Sales Manager, you will take ownership of a significant sales operation, leading and developing a team of sales professionals while driving commercial performance across a diverse customer base.
Managing a broad geographic territory, you will be responsible for executing the company's sales strategy, strengthening customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to accelerate growth. You'll work closely with distributors, retailers and internal stakeholders to ensure execution, maximise market coverage and deliver strong commercial outcomes.
Success in this role will require a hands on leader who can balance strategic planning with operational execution. You'll be passionate about coaching and mentoring teams, fostering a high performance culture, and building the capability needed to achieve ambitious sales targets. Equally, you'll be comfortable analysing market trends, identifying opportunities and implementing initiatives that drive sustainable growth.
About You
An interest in international career opportunities and the flexibility to relocate to Papua New Guinea;
7+ years' experience in a Sales Manager position;
Extensive experience in FMCG space, preferably beverage;
Experience leading teams across sales and distribution;
A track record of exceeding sales targets and driving market expansion;
Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and relationship building capabilities;
The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in the field; and
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills including experience is negation.
