I'm partnering with an established and highly regarded organisation in the healthcare services sector to recruit a Relationship Manager who will play an important role in strengthening its professional referral network and driving continued business growth.
Key responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing referral partners and key stakeholders;
Identify and develop new partnership opportunities across Sydney;
Manage an established network of accounts, driving engagement and long-term relationship growth;
Conduct regular face-to-face meetings, presentations and stakeholder visits;
Identify opportunities to re-engage existing partners and increase referral activity;
Work closely with internal teams to ensure an exceptional experience for external partners; and
Coordinate professional networking events, educational sessions and industry conferences.
About you
Experience in relationship management, account management, business development or partnerships;
A background in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, hospital liaison or a similar professional services environment would be highly regarded;
Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers;
A proven ability to build rapport, develop trust and maintain long-standing professional relationships;
Experience coordinating professional events, conferences or stakeholder engagement activities;
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities; and
A proactive, self-motivated approach and the confidence to work autonomously.
