A well-established national services business is expanding in Western Australia and is seeking a Relationship Manager / BDM to take ownership of the Perth market.

This is a highly autonomous, on-the-road role combining new business development with ongoing client relationship management. You’ll be the local representative in WA, supported by an experienced interstate team, with a clear pathway into future leadership as the state grows.

The Role

• Win new business through proactive prospecting and face-to-face meetings;

• Manage and grow an existing client portfolio;

• Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders;

• Identify upsell and growth opportunities within accounts;

• Own your territory, pipeline and schedule; and

• Help lay the foundations for future team growth in Perth.

About You

• Experience in BDM, account management or relationship management;

• Comfortable working autonomously and being on the road;

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills;

• Either leadership experience or the ambition to step into leadership; and

• Industry experience not required - training provided.
