**
Our client is a well-established global organisation known for innovation, quality and a strong presence across the ANZ region. With a collaborative and supportive culture, they place a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making within their people strategy.

Due to an upcoming reporting deadline, they are seeking a detail-oriented HR professional to support their team with remuneration and workforce analytics on a short-term contract.
 
**About the Role
**
This short-term contract will see you supporting the HR team with a key regulatory reporting deadline. Working closely with HR Advisors and the broader people team, you will assist with analysing workforce data, validating information and preparing insights to support compliance reporting.
This role will suit someone who enjoys working with data, has a naturally curious mindset and thrives in environments where accuracy and attention to detail are critical.

Key responsibilities include

  • Supporting the preparation of workforce data for regulatory reporting;

  • Conducting data validation and analysis across HR systems;

  • Assisting with remuneration and workforce analytics;

  • Working closely with HR Advisors to gather and interpret data;

  • Identifying discrepancies and ensuring data accuracy; and

  • Producing reports and insights using Excel.

This is an initial 1-month contract with an immediate start, with potential for extension depending on business needs.

About You

You are a highly analytical professional who enjoys working with data and uncovering insights that support better decision making. You bring strong attention to detail and are comfortable navigating complex datasets.
You will ideally bring:

  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis);

  • Experience working with HR, payroll or workforce data;

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify data discrepancies;

  • A naturally curious and analytical mindset;

  • The ability to work collaboratively with HR stakeholders; and

  • Availability to start immediately or at short notice.
