About the Role
Reporting into the Head of Reward Cycles, this fixed term maternity leave cover is a standalone Compensation & Benefits position supporting reward activity across Australia and New Zealand.
This is a multi-faceted role, with approximately 70% of the work being operational and process-driven.
Key responsibilities include:
End-to-end Annual Salary Review coordination and delivery;
Quality checks, exception reviews and issue resolution prior to payroll submission;
Post-cycle reporting and preparation of executive-level insights for senior leadership;
STI, SIP and Employee Share Scheme administration and ATO reporting;
Market bench-marking using Mercer and similar tools;
Benefits program coordination across life, income protection, health and EAP; and
WGEA, FBT and TRS compliance and reporting.
What Experience You'll Need to Apply
2+ years of hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefits, Reward or HR Operations;
Comfortable managing a high volume of detail-oriented work with competing deadlines;
Resilient and steady under pressure — this is a busy function with real deliverables and multiple stakeholders;
Strong Excel skills and confidence working with reward data;
Clear communicator with solid stakeholder management skills across all levels; and
Experience with SuccessFactors or a similar HRIS is advantageous.
