A major Australian ASX-listed organisation is seeking a commercially astute and delivery-focused Remuneration & HR Projects Lead to shape and embed a contemporary total rewards framework while driving a multi-year People & Culture transformation program. This role would suit a Senior HR Business Partner who is looking to transform into culture & change projects in a permanent capacity.
This newly combined role brings together strategic reward design and enterprise HR program delivery. Reporting to the Head of Capability and based in Sydney, you will play a critical role in uplifting organisational capability, strengthening governance frameworks and embedding modern workforce practices across a national footprint.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a true build-and-shape mandate and establish core reward architecture while coordinating high-priority People & Culture initiatives from concept through to sustained adoption.
What Your Role Will Look Like:
Design and implement a modern, competitive and values-led total rewards strategy;
Lead remuneration review cycles, bench-marking and pay governance and champion pay equity, transparency and compliance across the organisation;
Build job architecture, evaluation methodologies and salary banding frameworks;
Deliver executive and board-level reward insights and reporting;
Coordinate and deliver a portfolio of strategic People & Culture initiatives;
Lead HRIS, performance and talent framework enablement;
Support leadership, capability and performance program implementation; and
Lead structured change management, communication and business readiness planning including reporting rhythms, dashboards and governance visibility.
What You Bring:
7–10+ years’ experience across remuneration, reward, HR project delivery or People & Culture leadership;
Experience in a complex, multi-site or ASX-listed environment;
Demonstrated capability building reward governance and policy frameworks from the ground up;
Strong analytical capability with advanced reporting and executive-level insights experience;
Proven ability to coordinate multi-stream HR initiatives in evolving environments;
Sound working knowledge of Australian workplace legislation and governance frameworks; and
Confidence influencing senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
