An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join a rapidly growing dealer group with multiple sites across Sydney.

This is a leadership role suited to a driven sales professional who enjoys coaching teams, driving performance and building strong customer relationships. With dedicated administration and reconditioning support, you'll be free to focus on what you do best, leading people and selling vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team;

• Drive sales performance, conversion and profitability;

• Manage customer relationships and sales processes;

• Coach and mentor sales consultants; and

• Drive prospecting, follow-up and CRM activity.

About You

• Previous Automotive Sales Management experience;

• Strong leadership and coaching capability;

• Proven track record achieving sales targets;

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; and

• Ambitious, commercially minded and results driven.
