As Sales Operations Administrator, you'll become a key link between customers, distributors and internal teams, helping to deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting operational excellence across the business.

Working across customer service, operations and manufacturing, you'll coordinate enquiries, support order fulfilment, build strong stakeholder relationships and identify opportunities to improve processes.

The Role

  • Liaise with Production, Supply Chain, Warehouse and Quality teams to coordinate order fulfilment and delivery;

  • Coordinate customer service and operational activities to ensure a seamless customer experience;

  • Act as a central point of contact for internal service requests, managing enquiries through to resolution;

  • Support distributors and customers with order enquiries, product information and service-related requests;

  • Monitor customer feedback, warranty claims and operational trends, identifying opportunities for improvement; and

  • Prepare operational reports and analyse performance data to support business decision making.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 3+ years’ experience in customer service, sales support, operations or administration within a corporate environment;

  • Exposure to manufacturing, medical technology or supply chain environments is highly desirable;

  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach;

  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to build relationships across all levels of the business; and

  • A team player who enjoys supporting others and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
