Your new role

Reporting to the National Sales Manager your new role will see you reporting to the Production & Sales Coordinator, working 8am – 5pm, Monday through to Friday. As the key facilitator between sales and production, your new role is vital to the sales team’s success.

Your new role will see you:

  • Monitor inventory levels, regularly providing status updates to management;

  • Facilitating timely delivery of product to customers;

  • Closely monitoring the production process to ensure production orders are completed within budget & on time;

  • You will also be apart of material requirements planning to manage production deadlines;

  • Plan and prepare job packages to production team;

  • Creating, modifying, and managing production schedules to enable smooth operations (this part is minimal as there is a designated Production Coordinator);

  • Production / project planning; monitor project’s progress to ensure on schedule;

  • Sales & customer service elements; administration, order processing, administrative support including filling, maintenance of records and files; and

  • Documentation & review; prepare, monitor and update production plans on smart sheet (there is a designated production coordinator), along with output information (finished products, and percentage of warranty claims).

What you need to succeed

  • Previous automotive experience ideally as; warranty administrator, warranty coordinator, service coordinator, spare parts coordinator, or spare parts administrator;

  • Strong communication skills, intermediate to advanced Microsoft package skills, along with vast order coordination / delivery skills; and

  • Able to be office based as there is no WFH in this opportunity.
