We are looking for a Sales Support Administrator with experience in high-volume order processing.
You will work across multiple systems and collaborate with internal teams and customers via email to resolve issues and keep orders moving.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Processing high volumes of digital orders accurately and efficiently;
Reviewing orders and identifying errors, discrepancies and variances;
Investigating pricing discrepancies and processing necessary adjustments;
Responding to customer and stakeholder enquiries via email regarding orders, pricing and issues;
Managing and updating customer cases and order information;
Identifying recurring system or process issues and contributing to improvements;
Assisting with manual order entry and other Customer Experience activities during busy periods; and
Onboarding new customers.
The role requires someone who is comfortable working with volume, accuracy and deadlines, while also being able to investigate problems rather than simply process transactions.
We are looking for someone who has:
Experience in order processing and sales administration;
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy;
Confidence working across multiple systems and platforms;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate discrepancies and identify the cause of errors; and
The ability to work collaboratively with multiple internal teams to resolve issues.
