The Role
Our client is looking for an experienced Salesforce developer skilled with modules such as CPQ, SVC & Payments to join their team in Sydney on a permanent basis. This role will require you to be onsite 4 days per week in Macquarie Park.
Key Responsibilities
Understand the business operations and proactively suggest features and changes that could be incorporated into products and systems to enhance user experience and internal productivity;
Develop and maintain custom application on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce and other recommended technologies;
Maintain Salesforce as an accurate and holistic view of our customer and business processes to understand the cross-functional impacts of configuration, process, workflows, and reporting;
Ensure all integrations flowing into Salesforce without issues and maintenance data integrity;
Ensure relevant updates are integrated in our Salesforce instance including manage installed packages version kept up to date;
Managing projects end-to-end to ensure the efficient running of the business;
Provide production operations and support, utilising tools and techniques to anticipate and then rapidly address issues as they arise;
Prioritise addressing incidents and service requests to ensure service levels are maintained;
Contribute to the speedy development of Post Incident Reviews (PIRs) when required Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, marketing automation and CPQ;
Design, implement, and manage changes via CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and delivery, ensuring code changes committed in source control systems; and
Experience in conducting gap analysis on existing processes and potential alternatives.
About You
3–5+ years of experience in Salesforce Development, DevOps;
Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, marketing automation and CPQ/Billing tools;
Experience in conducting gap analysis on existing processes and potential alternatives;
Ability to use out-of-the-box Salesforce functionality as well as building custom solutions;
Experience with Salesforce customisation (APEX, Visual Force and LWC), SMS and payment gateway such Chargent/CyberSource configuration;
Experience working with JavaScript, jQuery, SOQL / SOSL Queries, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and workflows; and
Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and recommend solutions to challenging issues.
